Faculty / Directorate
Based in the £35 million Hugh Aston building, the Faculty of Business and Law is a truly global community of more than 6,000 students from more than 100 nationalities. State-of-the-art study facilities include a mock courtroom, law library and computer laboratories along with study and breakout areas.
Please note the salary shown will receive an additional £7k market supplement per annum.

We are now seeking to make further academic appointments. We are looking for ambitious, motivated and talented colleagues at Senior Lecturer level to underpin our continued development.
You will contribute to undergraduate, postgraduate and professional teaching and will have experience of lecturing in UK higher education, along with evidence of scholarship and/or research. You should also have strong interests in the theory, development and practice of accounting and finance in a specific discipline area.
You will need to possess an excellent academic track record; a good honours degree and either a relevant professional qualification or higher degree. A higher degree and/or teaching qualification are desirable. Candidates should have excellent team working skills, IT skills relevant to the HE environment and first rate communication skills. You should possess excellent subject knowledge across a range of accounting or finance subjects, as some flexibility will be required. Experience of module leadership and module development are highly desirable.
