University of East Anglia (UEA) International Programmes team is part of the Admissions, Recruitment and Marketing (ARM) Division, and is responsible for the marketing and recruitment of international students to degree programmes as well as to short courses and summer, semester and yearlong study abroad programmes. We are looking to appoint a role holder to manage the delivery of our short-term programmes and taster days, with a specific focus on summer schools. 

Candidates must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, events management experience, cultural sensitivity, the ability to meet deadlines and think strategically, to work independently and as part of several concurrent project teams. Strong administrative and organisations skills are crucial. Experience of managing budgets and supervising staff is desirable. Due to the nature of the role, the post holder is expected to work several evenings and weekends throughout the year, especially over the summer months. 

The post is available immediately on a full-time, indefinite basis.   

Closing Date: 6 May 2019.  

The University is a Bronze Athena Swan Award holder, currently working towards Silver.
