The University of Nottingham is looking for a high-performing Business Change Manager to join our Digital Engagement project team. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious individual seeking an opportunity to build your CV.

Working as part of the External Relations department, you will support the Deputy Director of Digital and Marketing in developing and delivering a change and engagement strategy to support the objectives of the University’s Digital Engagement project. You will be required to undertake engagement, consultation and communication activities during the initiation phase of the project and will be responsible for driving business change and innovation to support delivery of the University's digital transformation during the implementation phase.

Activities managed and undertaken by this new role will support the implementation of a new digital system, which will transform many ways of working across the University. The role holder will act as a change champion for digital transformation and provide support, guidance and advice to staff across the institution.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a ground-breaking project. The successful applicant will have a compelling mix of communications and change management skills and experience of helping to make digital transformation happen. 

This is a full time, 36.25h per week, fixed-term post available for a period of two years.
