The clinical informatics group within the BDI are developing new technologies and applying them to the management and analysis of clinical, laboratory, and imaging data from hospitals and research centres.

The group is expanding, and we are looking for software engineers, data engineers, computer scientists, or data scientists to join the team. The posts are funded for 3 years in the first instance. They are funded as full-time positions, but we are happy to consider part-time appointments.

This is a Grade 8 position, however If no suitable applicant is forthcoming at Grade 8, an appointment at Grade 7 (£32,236 - £39,609 p.a.) with appropriate adjustment of duties may be considered.
