About the team/job
The Gene Expression Team analyses expression data sets at tissue or single cell level and develops Expression Atlas, a resource that provides information about the expression of genes and proteins in different cells, tissues, developmental stages and conditions.
As our new Software Engineer, you will be contributing to an open source project of scientific value, and work with complex, big-data driven web applications. Do you love developing code as part of a team? The ability to work within a team is critical to this position. Excellent communication skills and an ability to work to tight deadlines are essential.
