Location: The Edge – Endcliffe Site/The Ridge – Ranmoor Site

Salary: Grade 5 £22,017 - £25,482 per annum (plus rotating shift allowance) with potential to progress to £27,830 per annum through sustained exceptional contribution. Rotating shift allowance will be paid due to the requirement of the post to work shifts 24/7 covering weekdays and weekends including nights.

We have an exciting opportunity in Accommodation and Commercial Services (ACS) for someone with a passion for organisation and leading a team looking to use their skills in a front facing operation to make an impact on customer service.

We are looking for a highly motivated enthusiastic individual with outstanding team leadership skills, who has experience in delivering excellent customer service. The role of Customer Services Team Leader is a key role in supporting students, staff and visitors. You will need to have a customer focused attitude with the ability to offer advice, support and general information to a wide audience. The role will involve working at the customer services reception desks both at Ranmoor and Endcliffe along with handling telephone and email communication. Shifts will vary depending on business demands and will include weekends and nights on a regular basis to support 24/7 reception cover.
