  • Comfortable with B2B customer-facing support provision and incident resolution.

About the role

We need a new technical specialist for eduroam and govroam, our specialist roaming services for government, research and education in the UK. eduroam and govroam help mobile workers do their best work when on the move.

As our specialist, you will support, develop, and promote the established eduroam service for the UK education community, and the more recently launched govroam service for NHS, government and blue light services.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to maintain the national infrastructure for eduroam, which in the UK alone supports some 18M users, and globally serves over 100 territories. You will manage customer on-boarding and provide B2B technical support as well as assisting in the promotion of the service by presenting to potential customers or speaking at regional conferences.
