Job Purpose

To provide a full range of professional contract surveying and valuation services relating to the management of maintenance frameworks and contracts.

To work with ‘partnering’ contractors to deliver a highly efficient, effective and compliant service to relevant stakeholders. To set standards to which programmes of work will be measured and monitored against.

Monitor progress to agreed programmes of work ensuring quality performance and value for money standards are recorded and maintained.

Terms & Conditions

Salary will be on the Management, Professional and Administrative Grade, level 8, £43,266 - £50,132 per annum.

This post is offered as full time (35 hours per week) and on an open-ended basis.

New entrants to the University will be required to serve a probationary period of 6 months.

The successful applicant will be eligible to join the Universities’ Superannuation Scheme.
