UCL is looking for an experienced developer to work on a number of exciting projects. This role is suitable for a developer who is looking for an opportunity to broaden their technical knowledge in a number of development technologies.

You will be working to deliver projects in an Agile environment and be part of a highly skilled development team in a friendly environment where your contribution is valued. You will learn Agile, Kanban and DevOps, being at the forefront of development practice in universities, develop your SITS tasking, Java Script, SQL skills and receive quality training on the latest technologies.

You will engage with stakeholders to understand, capture and deliver educational platforms/projects to a high standard and customer satisfaction. Working to specified technical guidelines and requirements, you will document and test your work, help others and contribute towards improving the general development knowledge.

You will have development experience, knowledge of web development, JavaScript, SQL and a willingness to learn/be cross-trained. You will be a good team player, communicator and be comfortable maintaining effective relationships with customers, project managers, technical managers, architects and other developers. It is essential that you have knowledge of ITIL support processes including release management. Knowledge of other technologies such as SITS, API, PHP, Evision is desirable.
