This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and collaborative academic to join a vibrant, dynamic and expanding research community. The post-holder will work with colleagues across our faculty and our Centre for Social Care, Health and Related Research (C-SCHaRR) to make a significant contribution to the development of our research in Health and Social Care. We are proud to promote a cross phase, multi-disciplinary research ethos and currently have three key research groups in the areas of Family care, Person-centered ageing, and Knowledge mobilization in healthcare. Whilst we welcome applications from colleagues in any area of our practice we are particularly looking to strengthen our capacity and capability in the areas of family health, dementia and positive ageing.
We are seeking to appoint an ambitious early career researcher ideally already registered on or willing to start a PhD in an area cognisant with our work in C-SCHaRR. Our ideal candidate will have a practitioner profile in any aspect of health and social care combined with some experience of project work and related activities such as bid writing and aspects of project delivery or co-ordination. The post-holder will make a contribution to teaching on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes as appropriate and be willing to undertake a programme of study leading to HE fellowship.
Interviews will be held on 11th September.
