In this role, you will be managing and developing strategies for GISMA Student Services (including Facilities, Compliance & Visa, Accommodation, Pastoral Services, Reception, Events etc.) to cater for the needs of GISMA students and corporate clients. This means creating smooth processes as examples of best practice to ensure student and client satisfaction, streamlining and improving student services processes, representing the school to external bodies, and partaking in negotiations with external support providers and services.
The post holder will be liaising with different departments to ensure smooth running of campuses and programmes, and ensure that the day to day operations are in line with corporate guidelines. You will be working closely with fellow senior members of GISMA staff as well as representatives of Global University Systems (GUS) in areas such as strategy development, reporting, and quality assurance process development and enhancement. You will also need to oversee Processes and Procedures, Health & Safety compliance policies, as well as be compliant to GDPR and Safeguarding policies.
The ideal candidate will relish the challenges and opportunities offered during a period of rapid expansion and being part of the team leading GISMA in the German education market. Strong team management and customer service skills with the ability to operate effectively in a demanding environment is essential.
