The SILC Business School,Shanghai University (SILC) invites applications for the position of Assistant/Associate/Full Professor in all economics and business fields.  

SILC was founded in 1994 with University of Technology Sydney (UTS). SILC is currently undergoing a strategic expansion into a leading business school in all fields. SILC is at its final stages of receiving AACSB accreditation.   

Junior candidates are expected to complete a Ph.D. in 2019 and have a strong interest of research. Senior candidates should have an established record of research and teaching. A normal teaching load is four courses per year with only two courses in first year.

Successful candidates will be recommended for joint appointment with UTS. The joint appointment is based in Shanghai for 10-11 months per year, with the remaining 1-2 months working in Sydney, Australia to fulfill its duties at UTS.

SILC offers highly competitive salary, research funding, housing and travelling subsidies and other benefits (for example, the local government provides RMB 700,000 for house purchase)
