The Wellcome Centre for Cell Biology at the University of Edinburgh is seeking a skilled bioinformatician to join our bioinformatics core facility. You will possess expertise in developing bioinformatics pipelines for high throughput sequencing technologies and will be responsible for building workflows using the latest analysis tools and novel software. Experience with Linux system administration and/or high-performance computing is advantageous. You will work closely with other members of the core facility team and liaise with researchers to develop custom workflows within a standard framework for reproducible analysis.
