Contract Type: Posts are fixed-term:
15 July 2019 for 7 weeks (1 week induction plus 6 weeks teaching).
Shorter working periods may be considered, especially during August.
Posts are full time with teaching continuing until 30 August 2019.
Our full time posts include up to 20 hours teaching per week plus marking, preparation and administration. During the Summer School teaching takes place between 09:00 and 18:00

Position on the scale will depend on qualifications and experience.
Free University Accommodation is provided for teachers from outside the area.
Preferably you will be TEFLQ status as recognised by the British Council (e.g. DELTA or equivalent or CELTA + relevant MA) and minimum of 3 years’ relevant teaching experience, our programme includes a week long paid induction which will prepare you to deliver our University English course.

You will join a supportive team focussed on helping students improve their English for personal and professional development in a university environment. Most of the students are not planning to join a degree programme after this course. Many students come from partner universities around the world and some are required to take the IELTS test at the end of the course.
