Applications are invited for an Engagement and Projects Manager to develop and implement a sustainable employee and student engagement strategy and to support the implementation of projects in key areas of strategic need.

This is a new role in a large and growing academic department based in central Oxford with staff and students located across several sites. The post presents an ideal opportunity to gain experience in project management and to help make this dynamic and thriving department the ‘best place to be’. You will play a wide-ranging role, leading strategic project work, engaging in strategy and policy in key areas and providing outstanding professional support for senior colleagues.

You will be able to handle a demanding and varied workload, managing your time and prioritising your work effectively. You will be an enthusiastic, creative and committed individual who welcomes the opportunity to engage in a range of activities, contribute effectively to a wider team, and who is able to respond positively to new challenges
