As a senior colleague within the Department you will lead, grow and develop the research profile of Criminology, Justice and Policing and Social Harm at Northumbria, in line with our REF success and the University Vision. Your exceptional contribution to research, impact, knowledge exchange and the development of others will support you making a strong personal contribution to the academic profile of the Department and Faculty.

As a leading expert in Criminology you will have strong research outputs and a proven ability to secure research funding and income. As a proven and successful leader, you will be able to think and act strategically, adapting to the changing external environment.
