The Data Systems and Insight Manager will lead the strategic development of our alumni and supporter database as well as the database team, ensuring that our data is up to date and relevant, our processes are simple and effective, and providing support to our fundraising and alumni/supporter engagement teams.
The role will oversee systems and processes allowing email marketing and web integration with our supporter database, as well as effective alignment with wider University systems. Finally developing effective reporting processes using analytics and visualizations will be a key focus as well as ensuring our data is managed in line with evolving Data Protection legislation.
