The project is a collaboration between The Roslin and Earlham Institutes that will be applying integrated immunological profiling and transcriptomic analyses (single-cell and bulk RNASeq) to a novel model to address this fundamental immunological problem. The post-holder will be required to have experience in a range of immunological skills and, during the time in post, will be fully supported in the development of the bioinformatics skills necessary to successfully analyse large RNASeq datasets.
