£35,210- £39,610 / £43,266 - £50,132 / £51,630 - £58,089 per annum.

Job Purpose

We are looking for an outstanding researcher who can work with the Glasgow Interactive Systems Team (GIST) on approaches that combine Artificial Intelligence and Human-Computer Interaction to develop technologies capable to understand the behaviour of their users. The ideal candidate combines solid methodological skills with an interest to address real-world problems that involve the interaction between people and technology. 

In this context the job purpose is to carry out research and scholarship of international standard in artificial intelligence for human-computer interaction, deliver an excellent student experience through teaching and assessment, and contribute to management and administration. At Grade 8 and 9, demonstrate leadership and contribute to academic and strategic management.
