We’re looking for an Unstoppable Reward Analyst; who will be responsible for assisting in the design, implementation and ongoing coordination of reward solutions for the University to support the business in achieving its long-term business strategy.

You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of Reward; including pay and grading, job evaluation, benefits, benchmarking and recognition schemes. You will have experience in using Hay Job Evaluation and be comfortable working with data.
