Department of Veterinary Medicine, West Cambridge Site

We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our expanding anaesthesia team at the Queens Veterinary School Hospital.

Working as part of a multi-skilled team of Veterinary Clinicians and Nurses you will provide peri-anaesthetic care to animals requiring diagnostic or therapeutic procedures (including advanced surgical procedures) as well as nursing and administration duties associated with each case.  The referral hospital is a very fast-paced environment which requires the role holder to be adaptable with the ability to work well under pressure.

We are seeking an individual with a passion for nursing, and the ability to communicate with all levels of staff, students and clients for this varied and interesting position. The ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision is essential.
