SKEMA is seeking applicants for position in ACCOUNTING.

Senior lecturer or Practitioner-Professor.

Starting date: September 2020 or earlier.

Permanent full-time contract.

Salary and conditions are competitive, in line with international standards.


  • Hold a master’s degree or a DBA in ACCOUNTING or a related field, from a recognized institution
  • Demonstrate a successful track record of ideally 5 years as senior lecturer OR ideally 10 years’ successful international professional experience with significant responsibilities in a company or in the field of expertise resulting in high-level consulting
  • Have proven ability to deliver quality teaching at different levels (undergraduate, graduate...), particularly in Executive Education
  • Demonstrate experience of teaching & learning innovation
  • Have a proven and consistent ability to produce intellectual contributions in the field aimed at the business community
  • A significant commitment to service and/or outreach activities
  • Be able to teach in English (knowledge of French, although not strictly required, would be appreciated – support in learning French will be offered)
  • Be a team player with good communication skills, and the willingness to contribute to the activities of the Academy


  • Teach and develop new courses at different levels in ACCOUNTING
  • Contribute to Executive Education (offer, curriculum, teaching...)
  • Produce qualitatively and quantitatively intellectual contributions
  • Supervise students at different levels (undergraduate, graduate...)
  • Participate in the student selection process
  • Be a good academic citizen / Commit to the life of the institution and contribute in projects related to the school strategy
  • If appropriate, take on a course or program coordination role
