The appointment will be on UCL Grade 8. The salary range will be £44,674 per annum - £52,701 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.

This is your chance to play a pivotal role in delivering our Campaign and promoting advancement across UCL. The Advancement Business Partner will act as the conduit between OVPA and our 11 faculties, each home to world-leading research, teaching and learning in a wide range of academic disciplines. Through the development and delivery of an overarching programme of engagement for internal stakeholders, the successful candidate will drive staff advocacy, increase campaign advocates and contribute to overall Campaign intelligence, promoting advancement best practice across the institution.

A strong communicator, you will have experience of building and managing relationships with a range of stakeholders at different levels and with varying interests. You will be a pro-active self-starter, able to confidently represent OVPA and deliver engaging presentations to a wide range of audiences. You’ll have sound project and information management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and will love working collaboratively with colleagues to build and maintain productive relationships.
