About the job
We are looking to appoint a Research Director to join our vibrant and growing health and social care research team, working to deliver high quality insights across a range of health and care policy and practice domains.
You will need the analytical skills and confidence to design and conduct high quality studies for a wide range of clients. Excited by the challenge of working in real-world settings and fast changing environments, you will have a passion for delivering insights that meet our clients’ needs.
Experience of health, social care and third sector services research and evaluation is essential as is knowledge and application of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods. We are looking for someone who is keen to develop their own skills, as well as build and lead high performing research teams.
You will be enthusiastic about business generation at NatCen, able to identify new business opportunities, lead on writing tenders and be able to demonstrate a strong track record in delivering diverse and intense research programmes to time and budget.
We are open to flexible working and welcome part-time applications.
