There are two permanent, full time posts available, working 35 hours per week. Post One: Monday - Friday 8am to 4pm Post Two: Monday - Friday 11am to 7pm.
The Estates Planning & Services department, within the University of Westminster, provides support services to staff, students and external visitors.
We are seeking two experienced receptionists to provide an effective, well-presented reception service ensuring a high quality customer experience and a first point of contact for enquiries.
Dealing with a variety of customers, you will have flexibility, patience and a customer focused attitude and be able to multi-task in a busy environment. You will ensure enquiries are dealt with in an efficient manner, as well as process deliveries and prioritise daily tasks for the facilities staff. You will therefore possess good organisational skills and assist in the coordination of key services to the site.
