We have an exciting opportunity for a researcher to work in a new team shaping the future of our programmes to promote and encourage safer behaviours in the communities we serve. As a member of a small team you will have the opportunity to influence and build a varied portfolio of research to support a wide range of behaviour change initiatives.
The successful candidate will be passionate about using social research and evaluation to ensure our customer safety interventions are evidence based. You will need to use appropriate and creative methodologies to design and manage research projects, which may involve the use of quantitative and/or qualitative methods and may include both primary and secondary research. You will work on a number of research projects at the same time.
Working alongside passionate and knowledgeable colleagues across all your projects; you’ll need the skills and confidence to be able to influence the design and evaluation of a range of customer safety programmes.
Essential attributes include good communication and team-working across multiple projects as well as a good understanding of different research and evaluation methods. A degree in a relevant subject with a strong analytical and/or research focus is essential.
