We do it for the biggest names and we do it in specialist areas. That includes law, accountancy, financial services, nursing, technology and more. And it covers a range of qualifications to develop careers at every stage and every level of development.
Working at BPP, you are joining a community of committed, passionate and self-determined people. As a business, and in our individual teams, we support each other, encourage new ideas and aim for excellence in all that we do.
What you’ll do
As a keen problem-solver who enjoys a challenge, you will manage the resourcing and timetabling of all School of Business & Technology courses, working closely with the programme teams and central scheduling department.
Your exceptional attention to detail will ensure you are able to assist with the forward planning and resource allocation for timetables, manage the day-to-day faculty workload and calendar, as well as organising class cover for tutor sickness.
Passionate about providing an outstanding service, you will provide accurate, timely reporting to ensure the smooth delivery of corporate programmes, alongside capacity management analysis to identify the School’s growing resource demands
With proven, significant detail-focused experience in a fast-paced resourcing environment, you will be adept at working in a methodical way in line with standard processes and SLAs. You will also be a strong negotiator with experience of managing stakeholder expectations
You must be able to consistently work to a high degree of accuracy and possess good attention to detail. You must also be capable of organising, time-managing and taking ownership of your workload and thrive on working to tight deadlines, prioritising your workload effectively.
The successful candidate will also be a clear, professional communicator both verbally and in writing. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and 365) is essential, along with experience of detailed spreadsheet work.
Please note the successful candidate will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS Check.
