The Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP) is a department within UCL and part of The Bartlett faculty, known internationally for its radical thinking about space, design and sustainability. The work of the UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP) is influencing global policy decisions and creating new policy collaborations to deliver public value-driven innovations.
The post holder will provide high-level support to the Director of the Institute, including diary management, arranging meetings, minute taking and liaising with a wide variety of people. He/she will be part of a dedicated team of capable and efficient administrative staff who are working together to effectively run the administration of the academic programmes, finance and human resources of the Institute.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, and a proven record of providing high level administrative support to Senior Management. The role requires interaction with many people within and external to UCL thus a professional attitude, willingness to help, and ability to remain tactful and assertive are required in order to effectively execute the duties outlined.
