JOB OVERVIEW

The Global Academic Foundation hosts the Egyptian Branch Campus of the University of Hertfordshire, and is seeking to appoint vibrant, creative and inspirational tutors to join our thriving Pharmaceutical Sciences academic team. We offer world-class British Education in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt bringing globally accredited bachelor’s degrees from the UK to Egypt. Our students come from diverse backgrounds to initially study our 1-year International Foundation Programme followed by the Pharmaceutical Sciences programme.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join the academic staff at the UH Egyptian Branch Campus on a full-time contract. You’ll join a friendly and supportive team that has a variety of different teaching experiences. Working in the modern Campus, you will be given the chance to teach in modern facilities, delivering a contemporary curriculum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this job, you’ll deliver a contemporary specialist curriculum for the Pharmaceutical Sciences programme. Our class sizes give you the opportunity to be innovative whilst providing an engaging learning experience. You’ll have the opportunity to also assist the students with their academic skills, exam preparation and will have assessment responsibilities.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • PhD in a relevant area from UK, European or US University
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent understanding of technology
  • Proficient in the use of online learning technologies.

Appointment will be made at a level commensurate with qualifications and experience.
