Salary: £40,322 to £49,553 per annum (pro-rata if applicable) depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

This exciting role provides an opportunity for you to build on your existing organisational development or management development career, allowing you to support our current and future leaders at the University of Nottingham.  In the uncertain and complex times we live in, now is a great time to be supporting the development of a coaching based culture, and the embedding of a coaching approach to leadership practice right across the University.

  • Working closely with the Leadership and Management Director, the priority for this post is on the development of leaders and managers across the University. Key areas of focus include:    
  • Taking a multi-dimensional approach to management development, recognising the varied personal and professional learning and development needs of our diverse workforce.
  • Designing and delivering personal and professional management development programmes using blended and work-based learning approaches.
  • Designing and implementing strategic and operational approaches to coaching and mentoring, including supporting our internal pool of coaches and mentors.
  • Understanding and improving the impact and return on investment of learning and development activities for leaders and managers across the University.
