This role is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified individual to join a forward thinking team of interdisciplinary experts to develop a novel approach to sales and marketing utilizing a combination of technology, psychology and decision science, to deliver more effective marketing campaigns. The role offers the successful candidate a fantastic opportunity to improve industry specific outcomes by applying their technical skills to develop, analyse and apply neurophysiological data to deliver a sector leading performance in terms of marketing efficiency. 

Candidate Profile:

The Psychology Associate must hold an Hons degree (1st/ 2.1) or ideally an MSc or PhD in Psychology or related discipline. S/he should have a strong understanding of Cognitive Neuroscience including EEG analytical techniques with technical/ data analysis. Experience of Marketing Psychology would be an advantage. Experience in working with EEG data and/ or brain-computer interface hardware and software is advantageous but not essential as training will be given. Strong problem solving and analytical skills would be key.

  • Strong organisation and communication skills in order to take ownership of the project and ensure it progresses to achieve the agreed objectives.
  • Experience of working in an agile environment and ability to introduce agile concepts into the business.
  • Interpersonal skills to work closely with Cognition Communication staff across all functions to embed the skills through collaborative working.
  • Communication skills to be able to present project progress across the company.
