Programme Administrator (SME Group)
Salary: £26,715 to £30,046 per annum
Hours: Full Time
Contract Type: Fixed-Term/Contract
Placed on: 30th September 2020

Full time, fixed term position for 2 years to end no later than 31 March 2023.
WMG’s SME group is looking to recruit an experienced administrator to contribute to the overall delivery of our projects.
You will be responsible for providing a range of operational functions in an effective and efficient manner to support the day-to-day running of the group’s projects.
You will need excellent organisational and communication skills, an understanding of the project lifecycle and of financial tasks (i.e. procurement and budgeting). You will be self-motivated, able to work independently and accurately to tight deadlines.
In return, we can offer a generous holiday allowance, access to an attractive pension scheme and a range of training and development opportunities.
At WMG we are committed to supporting staff to achieve their potential. We currently hold the Athena SWAN Bronze Award and the University of Warwick holds an Institutional Silver Award: a national initiative that recognizes the advancement of gender equality, representation, progression and success for all in academia. We are supportive of staff with caring responsibilities including a generous maternity/paternity/adoption/parental leave policy, and onsite childcare facilities. We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis, even where a position is advertised as full-time, unless there are operational or other objective reasons why it is not possible to do so.
This appointment is dependent upon part funding from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), for the project Digital Innovation for Manufacturing (DI4M) project number 50R18PO2791, supported by the HVM Catapult, and will be subject to the continuation of both the availability of funding and the projects.
