Our strategic growth plans and game changer projects articulate ambitious plans for our Strategy 2026, the year in which we celebrate 20 years. Achieving these targets for 2026 depends upon successful delivery of key programmes of work and game changer projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a range of strategic projects and process reviews across the University under the leadership of the Head of Strategic Projects and Change. As a member of the Strategic Projects and Change team you will work with colleagues to implement the project management framework across the organisation alongside being an ambassador for change. You will have experience of tailoring project management principles to the context in which you have worked alongside first-hand experience of business analysis. Your interpersonal skills will be exceptional and you will have expertise in negotiation, influence and persuasion.
