The above post is available on a fixed term basis, based in the Harrison Hub team until 18th March 2022.

This role will provide front-line education and student services support within the Education and Student Experience directorate of the University.

About the role

As part of the Education and Student Experience team, this post will be based on the Streatham campus, and will primarily deliver support to students in the Harrison Information Point.

The position of Student and Education Services Assistant offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career as an administration and customer services professional. The University is looking for committed individuals who have the required experience and skills to join our busy student facing teams. 

You will provide advice, guidance and administrative support to students and staff in all matters relating to our taught programmes of study at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. The available post will have responsibilities that will need to be flexible across the service and the post may be deployed to provide support at other Information Point locations within the University. 

About you

You will have experience of working flexibly both as part of a team and independently to deliver an outstanding customer service experience. You will have excellent customer service skills and experience of administration work, as well as experience of working in a culture of change and growth.
