Imperial College Business School (Imperial College London, UK) is seeking qualified applicants for multiple positions (open rank) in Management in the Department of Management & Entrepreneurship.
For candidates applying for Assistant Professor position, it is expected that your degree would have been obtained before September 2022 for a 7-year career-track programme.
We are seeking applicants who demonstrate excellence in research and teaching and are open to collaborating with faculty and doctoral students. Women and underrepresented minority candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Faculty in the Management and Entrepreneurship group publish in leading journals (e.g. Administrative Science Quarterly, Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science, Organizational Behaviour and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Applied Psychology, Strategic Management Journal, etc.). Several serve on editorial boards of top journals and contribute to the Academy of Management. The Business School has been growing rapidly in recent years (15 new faculty hires in 2019, a 20% growth year-to-year) to add depth and breadth to its research portfolio..

Applicants can be from any research area within Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Theory, Management, HRM, Leadership, Strategy, Sustainability and related areas.
