Our HR function plays a pivotal role in achieving UKRI’s vision. Following a comprehensive review and in full consultation with all key stakeholders, we are implementing a new HR Target Operating Model to transform the way we work, with a focus on strengthening our strategic business partnering capability, modernizing HR operational services and building up our expertise in areas such as careers and talent management, EDI, and leadership development.
We are seeking to recruit a Strategic Workforce Planning Lead, who will create workforce plans that sustain the current and future delivery of UKRI services and adheres to national statutory requirements and correlates to the relevant strategic, service and financial plans. This role will also provide workforce research and analysis expertise to major change programmes and manage a range of strategic workforce planning projects.
In this role, you will identify and make recommendations to address both current and potential future workforce issues at UKRI and Council/Department level, through provision of expertise, data, models and advice to support leadership decision making.
