Are you interested in working for a world top 100 university? We have an exciting opportunity in Student Support Services for a talented and dedicated Impact and Evaluation Officer who is passionate about improving equality of opportunity for underrepresented student groups (e.g. BAME, Care Leavers, Estranged, Low participation neighbourhoods and Local and Commuter Students).
You will be knowledgeable and confident in devising and delivering effective impact evaluation projects that have driven improvements. You will be able to construct and analyse questionnaire-based surveys, lead on interviews and focus groups and analyse and report on qualitative and quantitative data.
You will work closely with the Impact and evaluation team and collaborate with teams from across Student Support Services, so good communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You will also require excellent organizational skills and be able to work efficiently on time sensitive projects.
Networking and promotion of the IET across the university and wider sector are important aspects of this position so you will need to be open, approachable and confident when talking to a wide range of stakeholders.
