An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate Chef de Partie to be part of opening a new Pan-Asian and Sushi concept located in the iconic Portland Building on University Park. You will assist with the delivery of quality dishes using fresh ingredients every time. You will have a real passion for food and a desire to develop and learn in a fast-paced environment.

You will be a positive contributor to future menu ideas and enjoy being part of a motivated and positive team. Duties for the role will also include completing Food Safety documentation and general cleaning within the kitchen and servery areas.

Candidates should either be qualified to NVQ 2 in food preparation or equivalent or have some experience of working in a similar role. You should also be able to demonstrate good cooking skills and be customer focused.

Post 1 - Hours of work are 36.25 per week worked 5 days out of 7 to be arranged with shifts worked between 7.00am and 8.00pm including regular weekends for either 33 weeks or 52 weeks of the year. Flexibility will be required.

Post 2 - Hours of work are 30 per week worked 5 days out of 7 to be arranged with shifts worked between 7.00am and 8.00pm including regular weekends for 33 weeks of the year. Flexibility will be required.
