This post has been created for the implementation phase of an international programme, funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). The project ‘Freedom of Religion or Belief Leadership Network (FoRBLN) looks at the role FoRB plays in creating stable, cohesive societies.
As the Programme Administrator, your main responsibilities will be to manage the project in accordance with the FCDO terms and conditions and the University legal and regulatory framework; act as the Project’s Compliance Officer; lead the project’s due diligence processes; undertake the financial management of the project; make and supervise legal and contractual agreements with collaborators and contractors; represent the project on an FCDO project ‘Learning through Consortia’; and report on the project to various bodies including the Project management, the School, the University and the FCDO.
You will have experience of multi-stakeholder project management and financial management, as well as of providing strategic and operational advice on planning and resource allocation, including the presentation and interpretation of complex financial data.
The post is part-time - 22.5 hours per week (60% of full time hours; 50% would also be considered) and fixed-term until September 2023. The start date is 18th October 2021 or as soon as possible thereafter.
