The School of Engineering has an opportunity for a Research Associate. To make a leading contribution to a project Satellites for Digitalization of Railways (SODOR) working with Prof Muhammad Imran. Specifically, the job requires expert knowledge in Low Power Wide Area Networks, especially LoRa/LoRaWAN network design and use case implementation. The successful candidate will also be expected to contribute to the formulation and submission of research publications and research proposals as well as help manage and direct this complex and challenging project as opportunities allow.
This post is full time and with funding up to 11.5 months in the first instance.
