As the Senior Manager for the Process Mapping team you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the team, ensuring the delivery of accurate documentation to agreed timescales. Owning the relationship with the Senior Change Manager to support embedding any changes as a result of the implementation of our new computing system.
The role will work as part of the Student Systems Business Implementation Team and will report into the Senior Business Readiness Manager, managing a team of 7 direct reports.
