Following a reorganisation, we are in the process of introducing a new, consistent senior structure across our four faculties. We are seeking outstanding individuals to help us achieve our ambitions in each of our faculties:
Reporting to the Pro Vice-Chancellor, the Deputy Dean will play a pivotal role in the strategic, academic, reputational and financial success of the Faculty focusing on the delivery of the highest standards of student experience/success and research and knowledge exchange. They will also be absolutely committed to developing an inclusive and highly talented team.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience at senior management/executive level within an education-based organisation of comparable size and complexity. They will have expert knowledge of how to enhance the University’s widening participation, equal opportunities and social inclusion agendas, and a commitment to translate this into action.
Successful candidates will act as an advocate for change and will have significant experience at senior manager level within an education or industry-based organisation of comparable size and complexity.
