As one of four schools in the Faculty, it is in the School of Marketing and Management we have a vacancy for Lecturer in HRM/OB. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who will be part of an innovative and committed subject team delivering on undergraduate and postgraduate courses. We are particularly interested in individuals with experience of apprenticeships and delivery in executive education, namely CIPD, to support the coordination, course management and teaching across these growing and increasingly popular programmes.   

For the right person there will also be opportunities to continue to develop their own research or scholarly projects aligned to this area, along with engagement in professional practice to further enhance student experience.

To fulfil this position, you will need a PhD or equivalent relevant to the HRM/OB subject area and be able to evidence the essential requirements set out in the Person Specification.  Further details of the Lecturer in HRM/OB position purpose and job responsibilities are shown in the Academic - Grade 7 Job Description.

Relevant professional body experience such as CIPD will be desirable in this position.
