The Early Intervention Foundation (EIF) is an ambitious charity established to champion and support the use of effective early intervention to improve the lives of children and young people at risk of experiencing poor outcomes. As a member of the government’s What Works Network, we play a pivotal role as the go-to source for evidence and advice on effective early intervention.

Our research officers play a key role in making this happen, by generating and reviewing evidence on what works, and developing resources that support the translation of this information for policymakers, commissioners and practitioners.

We are now looking to expand our team to support our work programmes in early years, mental health and wellbeing, vulnerability and applied evaluation.

We are looking for exceptional and committed people who want the opportunity to develop their research and evaluation skills in a small but committed and professional team.

The right people will have a passion for conducting high-quality research, using a variety of methods and have a strong knowledge of impact evaluation methodologies . They will also have a passion for producing work that changes policy and practice.
