A bit about Editing, Post Production and VFX courses at MediaCityUK…
BA (Hons.) TV & Radio and Post-production and VFX are hands-on courses that fuse practice and theory to produce students who work collaboratively with colleagues in a range of other subject areas. For the first time in September 2021 we will have a third year Post Production and VFX cohort, who will be working both in groups and individually across a range of projects, including docs, drama, ads, social media and specialist post-production areas. TV students require teaching on AVID.
Media City UK students continue to succeed in festivals and competitions, and for the past two years have won in several categories of the RTS Student awards and shown work at International Film Festivals. We also offer a very successful MA/PGDip Postgraduate programme in Post Production where students work with other MA students in Documentary Production, Drama, and Wildlife.
Our degrees focus on creativity in practice, research and project work with industry and fosters collaboration between different subject disciplines.
