We are looking to appoint a highly organised Enrichment Programme Manager with good interpersonal skills to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity allowing you to be at the heart of shaping the success of the school, changing students’ futures.
Our school’s vision is for all our students to gain the knowledge, build the character and have the experiences that enable them to become the changemakers in their world. We want them to Create a Better Future. A significant part of achieving this vision is our bold and extensive enrichment programme which seeks to broaden students' horizons through project based learning and exposure to a breadth of culture. Additionally, the aim of the programme is to seek to develop their confidence so they can engage in public discourse and give them an insight into the professional and creative worlds of work. The programme encompasses after school activities and a full day every two weeks for each student to engage in activities and projects beyond the subject curriculum.
As the Enrichment Programme Manager you will develop, manage and promote the programme. It is an incredibly rewarding role and would be ideally suited to a candidate that has a personal mission to deliver social justice to our students.
