We are looking a Registry Services Assistant to join our operational team. This is an ideal position in which to gain skills and experiences toward a career in higher education administration.

Registry Services Assistants are essential administrative and customer service roles within our busy department. You will work across the breadth of our services, including student records, timetabling, examinations, and graduation, as well as providing general administration for the department. Supported by our experienced department team, you will use your existing strengths and will develop valuable new skills and expertise.
Our ideal candidates will enjoy working in a team environment while being capable of focusing on individual tasks. We work with important student and programme records, so accuracy and attention to detail are must-haves. While you will become proficient in our student records and enquiry management systems, you will also have lots of variety in your work and customer relationships.
