Are you a positive individual looking for a rewarding career that changes lives? Lindamood-Bell, an internationally recognised leader in educational research and remediation, is seeking a Centre Director for the Learning Centre. 

You must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Master’s Degree preferred with SpEd/Reading Certificate a plus) and have passion for the field of learning and helping others. You should have experience leading a successful team and should have a proven track record in both management and sales. A polished public speaker, a Centre Director must possess strong oral and written communication skills. 

Leading a team of skilled educators, the Centre Director oversees the daily operation of the learning center, managing student progress and employee performance. The Centre Director also provides stellar customer service while engaging and following up with clients to increase student enrollment. Additionally, the Centre Director represents Lindamood-Bell to the community by presenting at conferences, events, and schools, and by developing and maintaining professional relationships. 

Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Implementing and ensuring quality delivery of Lindamood-Bell®

Instructional programmes:

  • Evaluating students’ learning profiles to provide accurate recommendations for Lindamood-Bell programmes based on evaluations
  • Managing a team of instructional and operational staff and providing appropriate professional development for team members
  • Presenting information about Lindamood-Bell in both educational and sales environments to increase Lindamood-Bell’s visibility in the community
  • Achieving specific sales goals to increase center enrollment, maintain profitability at the local level, and contribute to the company as a whole
  • Communicating regularly with Regional Director of Centres
