The AskHR Administrator provides high quality, customer focused, first line HR advice across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. They manage and carry out the administration of UAL’s people related policies, procedures and programmes. The role is to support the University and wider HR team delivering consistent advice through exceptional customer service.
The post holder will demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving optimum outcomes, ensuring UAL meets all of its relevant obligations.
The HR Administrator will ensure their approach to service delivery is consistent, whilst recognising the uniqueness of the individual colleges and service areas within the University. They will be proactive, willing to drive improvements and challenge behaviours, providing a professional HR service.
