Job description

King’s Business School connects people with possibilities. At the heart of the world’s greatest city, and one of the world’s great universities, we benefit from unrivalled access to global hubs of finance, technology, and policy-making.

Our thinking helps organisations navigate the complexities of global challenges, valuing profit with purpose, success with sustainability. And our teaching sharpens the minds and shapes the character of graduates who can lead the way in making the world a better place.

The School is seeking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join as an Alumni Coordinator to connect and engage with the growing global alumni community in over 100 countries.

This role will deliver high quality alumni events (in-person and virtual), communications and initiatives to drive alumni engagement and volunteering. This includes leading on the Diversity Mentoring Programme, Alumni Breakfast and Ask an Alum series.

The successful candidate will have:

  • - Events and project management experience
  • - Proven experience of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • - Excellent written, visual, and interpersonal skills

You will be part of the dynamic External Engagement Team within King’s Business School with a dotted line to the College’s Fundraising and Supporter Development Team. The post-holder will need to demonstrate the ability to build effective relationships and projects across both departments.

This is a fixed term vacancy available until 19 September 2022.

This post will be offered on a fixed-term contract for 12 months (until 19 September 2022).

This is a full-time post - 100% full time equivalent.
